We're looking for a driven SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join our growing sales organization. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a critical role in driving new business opportunities for our innovative AI tech in a exploding vertical.
This role is an individual contributing, highly visible role. As the first SDR at Trustero, you will have a great opportunity for growth within the organization! This is an in office role, located in Palo Alto, CA.
Job requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for and qualify new leads using a variety of channels, including social selling, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Deepen your understanding of our tech offerings and the broader industry landscape to effectively communicate value to prospects.
- Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and determine if they're a good fit for our solutions.
- Craft compelling email sequences and presentations to nurture leads and generate meetings for the Trustero sales organization.
- Schedule qualified sales appointments with Account Executives.
- Maintain and update prospect information within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve overall sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (or demonstrably fast learner with transferable skills).
- Proven ability to identify and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and sales cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn about our industry.
- Proficient in Hubspot or a similar CRM system.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in Tech / SDR selling.
- A proven track record of exceeding SDR quotas.
- Experience with social selling techniques.
- Experience in AI or Compliance space
(Pay Ranges for this position $50,000 to $120,000 OTE)
