We're looking for a driven SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join our growing sales organization. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a critical role in driving new business opportunities for our innovative AI tech in a exploding vertical.


This role is an individual contributing, highly visible role. As the first SDR at Trustero, you will have a great opportunity for growth within the organization! This is an in office role, located in Palo Alto, CA.

Job requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for and qualify new leads using a variety of channels, including social selling, email outreach, and cold calling.
  • Deepen your understanding of our tech offerings and the broader industry landscape to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  • Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and determine if they're a good fit for our solutions.
  • Craft compelling email sequences and presentations to nurture leads and generate meetings for the Trustero sales organization.
  • Schedule qualified sales appointments with Account Executives.
  • Maintain and update prospect information within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve overall sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (or demonstrably fast learner with transferable skills).
  • Proven ability to identify and qualify leads through effective communication.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and sales cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn about our industry.
  • Proficient in Hubspot or a similar CRM system.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in Tech / SDR selling.
  • A proven track record of exceeding SDR quotas.
  • Experience with social selling techniques.
  • Experience in AI or Compliance space

(Pay Ranges for this position $50,000 to $120,000 OTE)
